We just finished the last episode, after a bit of a delay in receiving it (it was lost in the mail, but Paul was a hero in resolving it, great customer service).

This whole series has been fantastic. The storyline is fun and well presented - and if it's cheesy or showing its low budget in spots, that only adds to the charm!

My wife and I play quite a few puzzle based games together, finding them to be of varying quality. Across the whole Family Secrets series, there's been only very few frustrations or rough spots - a remarkably high hit rate for this sort of game. A ton of variety on types and themes of puzzles too. The clever props, the different types of papers and envelopes, the tactile experience... So much thought and passion has gone into the entire production.

Overall we've been hugely impressed, and are looking forward to picking up the Shackleton series, and whatever Escape Mail does next :)

Loved it! I am happy you are able to play the entire game without needing to destroy or draw on any materials. This way you can share it with friends or play again when you eventually forget the puzzles. It’s also so well organized. Great game.

We love these games, however this one was not good. The hints did not help and the puzzles were so random. Hopefully episode 7 is better!

We try to create variety from one episode to the next and at times, some episodes don't resonate with everyone.

My wife and I have done all the episodes from 1 to 12 and they were fantastic. Loved the story line with the twists and turns and, of course, the escape room like puzzles. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes the at-home escape room experiences

I played this game with two friends online - we used WhatsApp - and we played one episode a week for as long as it took us. It was challenging, fun, annoying sometimes, but well worth the time and energy. I would highly recommend.

This has been our favourite game series that you have made. The puzzles were challenging and fun but not frustrating. The overall gameplay and accompanying videos were very professionally done. We looked forward to each day we played a new episode. Our only negative comment...more like a disappointment, was that after we completed the 6th episode, our phones glitched and would not allow us to complete the "one final puzzle". We were very excited, and still had the background music playing, however we only saw a white screen. This is probably an issue on our end but it would have been nice to have the final closure.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this game series to everyone! Well done!

The flow of this one was confusing. Not sure which puzzle was first andthen the follow-on puzzles weren't obvious.

The code entries seen on the Bag Tag and the prompts on the digital portion are intended to provide some guidance on the flow of these puzzles, but they are certainly less explicit than some of the other episodes that include a 'Flow Card'. I really appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve existing and future games.

This is the 8th envelope we’ve had. We have enjoyed most of them, some are very difficult and we were have had to take clues here and there. But this one?? Even after getting the answer given to us, the explanation still doesn’t make sense. If I can’t figure out how you arrived at the answer, it’s too confusing. My husband doesn’t even want to finish the rest of the puzzles in this envelope.

Was given episode 1 for Christmas. We played it and it was very enjoyable and we were able to complete it in an afternoon. Looked for the rest of the series in Uk but found only place could order was directly from them from Canada directly, so decided to get the rest of the series, plus we got the start of another series, partly as this meant we got international postage free.
We have played the first 4 now and only have two left. We have got stuck a couple of times but the online help is very good.
I definitely would recommend these.

It is honestly such an amazing experience. It was a little challenging of course, but with the aid that is offered, it becomes an easily achievable step forward. I really love this and cannot wait for the next chapter to come in!
